Due to the fact that much outdoor advertising is viewed on the move, e.g. driving past on the way to or from work, billboards and posters are often used as reminder advertising, or in combination with other media such as television advertising. Outdoor Advertising providers, sell such advertising based on location and on size e.g 4–Sheet and 8-Sheet billboards etc. Prime locations are high density traffic locations, high density urban neighbourhoods and suburban shopping areas, as well as point-of-purchase locations.
